How We Work?

DreamHR undertakes important responsibilities such as needs analysis, resource management, and employee profiling during the personnel selection process. In light of the data obtained, we identify candidates who meet the criteria within the CV pools and publish job postings.

After the preliminary evaluation process of the applications for the advertisement and the candidates we have reached from their pools, we determine the interview date. We follow the interviews of the applications, ask the right questions and determine whether the person is suitable for the position in a qualified manner and move on to the reference stage. If it is positive, we receive confirmation of our job offer form from the client/candidate. We help the business so that our relevant candidate does not experience any problems in the adaptation process from the start date of the job.
