Assessment Center Practices
All assessments are based on objective observations. The assessments consist of objective and consensus-based reports.
In order to observe the competence and potential of the person, we carry out assessment center studies that include applications based on the current function, title and competencies of the company he/she works for, with tools that include simulation, accompanied by more than one observer and using more than one assessment tool.
