RPO can be implemented in 3 different ways

RPO+

The RPO company is positioned as a part of the company’s HR, as a business partner. It manages the entire recruitment function of the company with a strategic contract for at least 1 year. It carries out all operational transactions between these two points. This important touch is designed differently for each project.

Defined RPO

Outsourcing certain parts of the recruitment process to an RPO company. The aim is generally to increase efficiency in HR departments. For example, the RPO company works on the first stages of the process: publishing the job posting, screening the applications according to the criteria, preparing the long list, reporting for the rest of the process, all data entry, etc.

Project Based RPO

Project-based RPO is designed and managed for a specific project/period of time, such as establishing a new department, mass hiring projects, or mass outsourcing of sales staff hiring, etc.
